Tag Rugby

Tag rugby is a new form of touch rugby. It involves each player wearing a belt with two tags attached by Velcro.

When a player is carrying the ball the opposition have to pull off one of the tags and this means the player who is holding the ball has been tacked and must pass to a team mate.

It is a fast and fun way to learn rugby with little contact.
